"Came in for a routine cleaning and they refused to clean my teeth and instead pitched Invisiline and gave me a 7 month 3 appointment quote for $1100 for a routine cleaning. I said I took off work to get the cleaning and they laughed. When I got my bill they charged me and my insurance for xrays we never took."

"Zero stars!!!!! Probably the worst dental office in the state of Texas!! How do I know??? Because I have been in the dental field for over 25 years, and I have never experienced the level of undertrained and unprofessionalism that I have at this practice!! The employees argue with patients and lie just to take your money! They go out of their way to let you know they don’t care about you. Get ready for a fight when you go because they will find a way to lie, deceive, deny and rob you blind! Unprofessional staff includes their HR department that handles charges and fees!!"

"Please don't go here. This is where I was sent when my dentist shut down. It was never really great service by means but today was the last straw for me. Here is how my appointment played out: Arrive 9:30 Appointment at 9:45 Ask how much longer at 10:25 (they clearly had no clue I was even still waiting, she didn't know where my chart was) Go back to a dirty room at 10:35 Get moved to a clean room a few minutes later 15 minutes for cleaning Was asked to sit in the doctor's chair while they Clean the room I'm in. The doctor is backed up at this point 11:04 moved to a DIFFERENT room 11:09 x-rays, which I feel they could have started with since there wasn't a room available for me 11:20 doctor comes in 11:22 he's finished I don't think a dentist appointment should take almost 2 hours when they have only been open for a short time. Almost all of my appointments have been delayed or taken longer than expected but today was the longest one by far."

"I took a friend to see Dr. Hamburg. The gentleman has to have all of his teeth extracted. Dr. Hamburg started with extracting four. The process was painless. He continued to check on my friend (I was sitting in the room with him), to ensure he was feeling ok. The extractions were fairly straight forward. The Dental Assistant was friendly, funny, and did a great job at easing the fears of my friend. Consider the amount of work done, we were both impressed with the treatment by Dr. Hamburg and staff. We will continue to go back until all work is complete. By the way, my friend can be a bit cantankerous. Within minutes he was at ease and he left smiling."

"Shame on you Tex Dent and Dr. Hamburg! How long have you been running this scam? This dental office has assistants come perform work for hours and then tells them "this was a voluntary work interview. " This is not merely unethical and immoral but Illegal as well. The IRS says this is tax fraud. Stay away from this Dental office! Dental assistants come to apply for a job, they perform xrays, clean rooms, assist doctors, then they are told that this was voluntary! Criminal! Patients are being charged money, the doctors are making money and the assistants are being robbed!"
