"The service is awful! I choose this clinic for my whole family. But all of us had very bad experiences. For example, just for regular clean, my appointment was at 3pm, I went there a few minutes earlier but had to wait for more than an hour to start. I thought they might just have a busy day. But after the same thing happened to my husband and my son in different days, I decided to find another clinic. They don’t respect your time at all. If in average, the customers have to wait for more than one hour to start, then what is the appointment for?"
