"The lady who answered the phone discouraged me from visiting the clinic with her rude attitude ..she was probably not in a mood to welcome me. I’m not sure if she was racist but when I asked if Dr. Waheed is speaking Farsi ( if he/she is Persian? ) she replied with unpleasant tone of voice: What what ? I said : Farsi .. I mean if Dr Waheed is Persian ? She: I don’t understand..what ? I said : does dr Waheed speak farsi( Persian language)? She replied rudely : Nooooo English onlyyyy.. I said : ok and I hung up the phone . I thought when these people are not welcoming customers nicely from the beginning then why I should waste my time and money ..by the way I was looking for a Persian dentist for one of my family members who preferred to consult with the doctor in Farsi( Persian language) otherwise we have no issue with speaking English .. honestly I found this clinic from google when I asked for Persian dentists .. if Dr. Waheed is not willing to speak Farsi that’s a different story but google says something else ..you probably need to change your google pop up setting .. By the way I’m not going to remove my rate.."

"It all started with the first phone call to schedule an appointment, they were friendly, not rushed, and made me feel like I was already a patient who was their friend. When I arrived at the office, they greeted me by name, and I didn’t need to give them information I had already given them over the phone. I can’t recall all of their names, but the front desk crew explained exactly how my insurance would work since I was visiting an out of network office. (I still chose this office because they came highly recommended by multiple people). My hygienist, Jackie, was a joy to be seen by. She was gentle and explained everything thoroughly and in general was fun to talk with. Although I was not being seen by Dr. Waheed, he stopped by to introduce himself and welcome me to the office. Dr. Kristen was amazing. She has the most gentle and calming spirit. She explained my radiographs, photographs, and information from my exam. Dr. Kristen took her time to explain the plan for some upcoming fillings that I needed, and again, I never felt like she was in hurry. Dr. Kristen made sure I knew why I needed the fillings and that I was comfortable with the treatment she had planned for me. Last but not least, my dental assistant was the sweetest. She made sure I was comfortable during my appointment and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything."

"At age 65, I’ve been going religiously to a dentist twice a year as long as I can remember. By a wide stretch, Dr.’s Robert and Christine Waheed, along with the entire staff, are lapping the field. Be it a simple cleaning, annual checkup, filling or a full crown, I highly recommend them. They will not disappoint you. Their equipment is the latest and their skills are unsurpassed. No one wants to go to the dentist, but at least I’m not afraid when in their care!"

"Love Dr. Waheed, Dr. Kristin and all the staff. They are professionals in every way. I don’t love going to the dentist! The doctors and hygienist make me feel comfortable and not nervous. The front desk and billing staff is accommodating also."
