"If there is zero review I would give but unfortunately thats not available. I went for new patient and I told them I would like to do my regular check and cleaning, they didnt do the cleaning and kept pushing treatments and other products. When I decided to go with the gum treatment they recommended I tried to schedule and the call center told me you will get a call to go over pricing and schedule and I never got it. Then one day they call me after like a week, and I requested to cancel any treatment or schedule. Then I received an email with me not showing to appointment and charging me payment for my appointment. Disappointing and disorganized"

"Dr Patel examined me for the first time last year. I found her to be very friendly and personable. After her examination, she explained to me that I had serious wear and tear on two molars caused by grinding. She advised that I start saving my money, because they would need to be crowned in the near future. I liked it that she was not hastening the procedure. I trusted her prognosis and advice, because I could feel the wear. It sometimes bothered me when I drank cold water. So I told her that I would like to have the procedure done ASAP. The finance department checked my insurance and out of pocket expenses. We scheduled an appointnent a few weeks later. When I returned, Dr Patel's assistant Eunice received me cordially and proceeded to make the impression for my temporary and permanent crowns. She did this meticulously and professionally to ensure that she only do it once. After taking the impressions, she double checked her work. I was intrigued that she also used a scanner that took digital impressions of the area, because I coukd see it being rendered on screen. While Eunice was taking the impressions. Dr Patel entered the room a few times to check on her work and approved if it. Once Eunice was done, Dr Patel entered and began the procedure. She numbed me with one shot, which I did not even feel. Then she began deconstructing my molars to build the foundations for the crowns. I did not feel any pain or discomfort. When Dr Patel was done, Eunice proceeded to take the negative impressions for the temporary and pernanent crowns. She did this as meticulously as she had done the positive molds. Once the work had been double checked, she continued to make the temporary crowns. This was done expeditiously. Dr Patel came in and made a few minor adjustments so that I could eat comfortably for two weeks, while my permanent crowns came in. I had no issues during these two weeks and it was as if I had not had the procedure done at all. Once my permanent crowns came in, Eunice was able to remove the temporary ones with little difficulty. Dr Patel placed the new crowns and did a few adjustments. She told me that if I had any issues with them, to return as many times as I needed for adjustments. Fortunately, I only had to return once for them to be adjusted. I thanked Dr Patel and Eunice for their very good work and told them that they made a good team coordinating everything to make sure that every step was done right. The front end receiver and scheduler Melissa, I find to be very welcoming, friendly and professional. She has also inquired into my insurance coverage and has given me clear explabations if what has been paid for. Melissa has been at the dental office for some time and has gotten to know the patients well. I find this to be a good sign of an office when there isnt a lot if turnover. My Dental Hygienist Viet is also very good. He is very thorough with his cleanings. I like it that he explains things and answers all my questions. He recently placed me on a 3 month Periodontal care to control my bone loss. Viet has also been at the office for a long time. Finally I would like to commend Coco, the other Dental Hygienist for her very good work in lieu of Viets Paternal leave. She has been able to follow up on the periodontal care that I receive and has been encouraging with my progress."

"I’ve been a patient at The Heights Modern Dentistry for a few years now and this has been my favorite office ever. I used to be scared of the dentist, but all the staff at this office are welcoming and friendly. I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes to been seen and I’m in and out within 45 minutes of my appointment. I’ve recommended this office to friends and family and they have the same experience as me. Dr. Amani is amazing and takes her time when she walks into the room. I also like how her staff explains any charges beforehand. I will continue to visit this office for years to come."

"My review is not based on any care that I received as I was turned away at the front desk. This clinic has a policy of requiring 'doctor's clearance' for x-rays if you're pregnant in order to receive any care/ cleaning, even when you clearly state that you do not want x-rays while pregnant (regardless of clearance). They will turn you away and even refuse basic preventative cleaning as the doctor wants to first do x-rays to 'diagnose' and then proceed with cleaning. In the past, I've had no issues getting cleaning done without x-rays as this is preventative care, which is so important during pregnancy. Anyway, I just want to ensure other pregnant ladies are aware of the clinic's policy as you will not be informed of this during appointment setup and will receive this unpleasant surprise after arriving at the clinic!"

"Dr.Patel was the most comprehensive and attentive dentist I’ve ever had and I was glad to be under her care. She explained everything well and made sure that I understood what was happening throughout the entire process. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a consistent and impressive doctor. Eunice had great care in assisting Patel during the cleaning as well and I appreciate Melissa for explaining costs and certain procedures that I’d be needing. Koko was a kind and heart warming during the cleaning of my teeth too. Great experience 5/5."
