"Yesterday, I decided to reach out to this dental office with hopes of becoming their client. Since they were the closest to my area according to my insurance, I figured it would be convenient. However, my experience was anything but smooth. Despite calling numerous times throughout the day, I couldn't get through to anyone. I even tried reaching out via Google messaging to check if there was a problem with their phone lines. Finally, when I did manage to get someone on the line later in the day, the response I received was far from welcoming. Instead of understanding my frustration about the repeated unsuccessful attempts to reach them, I was met with an abrupt and dismissive attitude. The person on the other end informed me that only one person was handling everything, accompanied by a noticeable tone of annoyance. It left me puzzled and disheartened. After that interaction, I promptly ended the call, feeling disrespected and unheard. Needless to say, I won't be recommending this dental office to anyone in the Houston area, including myself."

"I am satisfied with everything!! First time getting fillings but Dr.Patki & Chris were very lovely & overall offered their best service. I enjoyed my visit, while although I kept them there a tad bit late I’m glad I decided to get my treatment here specially with them both. Will definitely be coming back & I 100% recommend this location!"

"WORST PLACE TO GO FOR DENTAL WORK!!! Called them yesterday to get a tooth pulled, they confirmed my insurance and scheduled me a appointment for the next day. Arrived at the appointment and went to the back and Dentist looked at my tooth and agreed that it needed to be pulled immediately. A few minutes later the dentist returned back and stated that they wouldn’t be able to pull ky tooth due to needing to confirm my insurance! And was told it could take about 1 week! This is unacceptable and has never happened to me before! They confirmed my insurance, etc. i left and called my insurance which luckily fuund another place to get it done today! After talking to my insurance they told me that they must have been lazy and just didmt want to do it. So please find another place ! This place is horrible! I called Medicare and will be contacting the Board of Dentists about this situation."

"Every 2-3 I either get an email or call since it's been time to schedule an appointment. The issue is is I receive a phone call or Email specifically for my son who passed away in 2020 I have to tell them EVERY SINGLE TIME my son has passed and yet and still 3 years later every couple of months I still get something with his name to set an appointment."
