"Awesome experience! It’s so hard to find a good, honest dentist. Before visiting castle, I tried to go to Lovette. The dentist there said I had gingivitis and wanted to charge me over $250 for a cleaning, even though I said I want my standard free 6 mo one. They also claimed I had 2 cavities (all lies). So I went to try Castle instead, not telling them anything about this experience only a few days earlier. The dentist at Castle said my teeth looked great, had a normal amount of plaque buildup, and no cavities! I got my free 6 month cleaning and was on my way. Everyone was very nice and it was an enjoyable trip to the dentist! So glad I finally found a provider who doesn’t try to rip you off! Really recommend them!"

"Very disappointed in the staff and Dr.Dominguez. They deserve no stars! I’m a nervous wreck when it comes to dental work and when I had entrusted Dr. Dominguez on taking care of my cavity and creating a filling, she ended up leaving a sharp edge on my tooth so now I have so much pain and anxiety every night when I floss.I went back to her to fix the stickiness that she had left on the base of the tooth (from not buffing the filling enough)and asked her if she could fix the sharp edge. Her two solutions were to either use a different floss or have her redo it. I can hear and feel the filling cracking every time I floss and now I have sensitivity!! This is beyond upsetting and not helping my dental anxiety. I didn’t trust her to redo my filling since she couldn’t get it right the first time. Heading to another dentist to try to fix the mistake that this dentist has left. Also the front desk staff can be quite rude and unresponsive as well. I had sent in a request for my X-rays. Had to call them 10 times over the week( 7 of which they never picked up). Finally they send me 1 X-ray instead of all of them like I asked. They also told me that I would be there for my root canel and cavities but when I got there in the morning for my appointment they then tell me that there isn’t enough time for both. Thank lord since I’m now glad she didn’t touch my root canel. But how unprofessional is that? Oh and they also told me I should get cleaning done even though I told them I had one just a month prior. They assured me that it would be better to get my teeth cleaned right before taking care of the cavity so the dentist could have a better visual. This was a lie since they did my cleaning AFTER my cavity was filled. They’re just money hungry and treats their patients like a wallet."
