"This place is a total scam!!! I took my infant here for silver diamine fluoride and the desk lady never told me that the insurance wasn’t going to cover it. All she said was, “I’m going to put a request in for your insurance.” They are suppose to notify me about when the insurance doesn’t accept the request but they didn’t. Other dental office would briefly go through the explanation of service cost with you but this place will not! After my child got her SDF, the desk lady surprised me with a bill of $726!!! If this is how Lovett Dental runs their business then they ought to be ashamed of themselves."

"DO NOT GO HERE! Bought a groupon for xrays and a cleaning. I had xrays I got a month prior emailed over from another office, they claimed they could not use them and had to take a new full set in order to do the cleaning. They refused to do a cleaning without their own xrays. (the ADA recommends limiting a full set of xrays to once every 2 years at most to limit radiation exposure - I was about to walk out of the office but they acted like I was silly to worry about radiation and told me how it's less than you get from the sun, so I naively complied -.-) after taking the xrays, they said I needed a $400+ deep cleaning done (which is normally needed only for people who have frequent gum infections or periodontal problems. I am 27 years old with neither, have had regular cleanings, and no other dentist I've gone to has ever mentioned needing this). When I declined this expensive treatment, they said that their normal "cleaning" is only a fluoride rinse. Not a real cleaning. So basically I went through all that and they never gave me the cleaning I paid for. False advertising. Only got me in to put radiation through my skull and sell me a treatment I don't need. Total scam. Even the hygienist apologized to me because clearly she knew this wasn't right, and I'm not the first to have complained. The staff is super nice. Maybe they are just doing what they are told and don't understand that this is not the way to get new patients. Regardless, this office's practices do not reflect honest dentistry. This kind of thing is what severely harms the industry's reputation."

"Terrible treatment from dentist Asked her her name and I think she said Dr. Tham ? I went in for one tooth. She said it would have to be pulled. And 4 Wisdom Teeth. I said I had my Wisdom Teeth Pulled Years Ago. I now am 70. She wouldn’t answer me because she walked out the front door. When she was pulling a woman tooth one the other side of me, that woman was screaming and she told her to be quiet. Bad Experience!"
