"I called the office trying to make impressions for my retainers that I ordered from alignerco online. When I called the front desk, the lady called the dentist and asked if he’s ok with that and he said of course, she called me back and we set up an appointment. When I came in, Lauren was hesitant to help because she hadn’t used putty in a while to create impressions. After taking pictures of my teeth, waiting AN ENTIRE HOUR on a dental chair, she calls the orthodontist to only have him agree with her that they can’t help and he mentions this is a “liability”. A liability to try to put dental putty in my mouth? These people very clearly do not care about you or your teeth. Wasted my time and theirs today."
