"Came in at 9:30 am for my daughters appointment ( I enjoy coming in early for appointments due to professionalism ), I came to be outside of the building just for it to be locked and midway fenced up from within. I called and the front desk lady for which I asked for her name ( Brianna, my apologies if name was misspelled ) put me on hold twice meanwhile I’m trying to explain to her that I’m outside with my kid while I’m trying to comprehend wether I’m at the right or wrong location all while the hours of operation for Fridays says “ 9am- 6pm “ . I’m put on hold for 5 minutes because front desk is with a patient or so forth BUT that doesn’t discard that front desk or doctor weren’t able to communicate with me and reassure me why am I calling the office twice. Front desk explained that the doctor isn’t inside and she’s the only one in the building and I expressed to front desk how unprofessional it was that I wasn’t called beforehand that the Dr wasn’t in and that’s why I’m left outside confused to my knowledge over the hours of operation having a child that runs on school hours and I specifically told front desk that how to even get an excuse note if the dr doesn’t come in by the given time before my daughters appointment. Front desk expresses that because she’s alone she cannot open the door, comprehensible YET at least apologize for the given inconvenience because I expressed why wasn’t I called beforehand for the given inconvenience and know how to consider patients expressive ways under given changes of circumstances because I WILL comprehend. The appointment was for new patient ( came in 30 minutes early to fill out forms if needed ) braces related, consultation appointment today 2/2/24 at 10am today. The office opened at 9am, the doctor isn’t there, no calls to notify me to accommodate my personal schedule and comfort as a being. So much for being referred from the most well respected dentist office, Echeverri Dental at long point ."
