"I’m very disappointed. Is there anything lower than one star!!! This place should be reported! I went to this dental clinic for a checkup and they told me I had to have a deep cleaning for which they charged me $450 after my insurance paid 80%. I decided to get a second opinion and at the second clinic they asked me if they did x-rays at the other one so I said yes. We requested x-rays from the new clinic and signed an authorization for that. They contacted the clinic and I even called and they answered that I had to go in person to bring them. I drove from the other clinic to Fresh Dental Care in Bellaire and was made to wait almost 2 hours only to be told I had to pay $75 to get my own x-ray records. The truth is I'm so frustrated because my family and I are going through a very bad situation and they made me have a bad day. I didn't know that to request your clinical or dental records you have to pay extra money."
