"Nothing express about this place. Waited an hour for an oil change. $150 oil change and a 1hr wait."

"First class service. I’d never been to this dealership before today and I do not drive one of the cars that this dealership sells. While driving down IH-10, I received a warning showing that my tire was below 20 PSI. Because the dealership was the first parking lot that I could pull into off the highway, I pulled into Mac Haik’s lot. I’d run over a nail. After unsuccessfully trying to remove the tire, I drove over to the Express Lane to ask if a service technician could change my flat. Jamie quickly got me in and gave me advice for how to better maintain my tires in the future. I felt frustrated about not being able to do something that I’ve done in the past, but Jamie reassured me. Dev and Kevin looked over my tire to determine if a patch was possible. It wasn’t due to the limited remaining tread, so Kevin put on the spare, cautioning me to drive carefully. He even put extra air into my spare. I felt seen, heard and cared for by these three wonderful people. They didn’t have to help me at all, but I truly appreciate the kindness that they showed to me this morning."

"If I could give a 0 star, I would. I do not recommend it at all. They worked on my 2011 Jeep Cherokee, I took it there to fix my engine light and after 2 weeks, I happily paid $2000 because they promised that it was going to be fixed. They had it 2 weeks, and promised me it was fixed, the day after I took it out of the shop, my light was on again, I took it back because they said it had warranty for 6 months, but now they want me to pay $2,500 dollars for something that they broke so they can charge me more. They had my truck 2 weeks and did not notice that a damage worth $2,500 was there, the day after I took it out, the light came back. What is my warranty that they did not disconnect the battery to get rid of it and as soon as I drive it, it would come back? They also stole the rice cooker I had in my truck. Brian and Larry worked on it and somehow, it is nobody's fault, they still want me to pay $1,500 but how would I know that I won't come back after a week with the entire engine broke due to their poor performance and negligence?"

"After purchasing from Classic Sugarland (awful experience), service at Bayway (alright), and service at Davis (mediocre), my bar was set low when arriving for service at Mac Haik. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the Quick Lube option, the QUICK welcome at my truck door, and the outstanding service with a smile a positive spirit inside the waiting area. Even as I was close to the service desks of various employees, I never found their conversations inappropriate or uncomfortable. The kind and courteous gentleman helping me, along with the technicians, took notice of our weak horn and replaced it under warranty! There’s no question that I will bring our vehicle back to Mac Haik for service next time!"

"Quick in and out had to get my front license plate frame installed after having to wait on it to be special ordered for my vehicle recently purchased from their pre-owned department. Only minor issue was they forgot to put the plate on the frame so had to be reminded but dealt with it quickly and courteously. If I had a Ford I would be back for maintenance."
