"I do have one comment to make, nothing related to the service of my vehicle but in their checklist where they check headlights break lights and such, When they finished they did not set my headlight settings back to where they were. It would be a nice touch if the employees would make a better effort to make sure everything is like the customer had it. Like I said it is not that big of a deal but just something I saw. Other than that my visit was great."

"Don’t come here. I went in for an oil change 6 days ago and asked that they check the condition of my break pads and break fluid while there. Took my car to Collin’s auto where my brother works this week. Found that all 4 break pads needed changing. Jiffy lube told me the breaks were fine. Break fluid was at a minimum. Jiffy lube told me that my break fluid level was fine. I had break fluid leaking. No mention from jiffy lube. To top it all off, there was oil leaking from my oil filter and drain plug which had literally been worked on by jiffy lube 6 days prior. Update: The manager was very nice and gave me a full refund."
