"This is a bit of late post review but worth the time to complete it! I took my Audi S5 to Javier Sosa Automotive a couple of months ago, I had to replace the right fender, the front grill, and fix some poor previous repairs of the hood... I was concern that the color would not end up matching and the grill with logos would not fit the same, these guys are very professional, and I was positively shocked with their work and flawless execution! I would highly recommend this shop for any top-class vehicle (BMWs, Audis, Benz, etc) They walked me through everything my car needed before starting to put their hands on it and left it as NEW. This is indeed my body shop of preference and will continue to use it and recommend due to their customer service, professionalism and outstanding detailed execution."

"I went to this establishment pre-pandemic I took my Mercedes-Benz C300 to have Panoramic moonroof fixed I filed a claim with car shield and they charge me $1200 car shield paid $3000 it took several months to have the car repaired and when I picked it up it’s still was not fixed they took the money from my insurance and filed a claim then ordered parts from wholesale showed the receipt for the parts and then return them back to the wholesale department is a very crooked Business I would never refer them to my worst enemy I feel like they scam people I have never been so upset with a place in my life luckily Mercedes-Benz replaced my moonroof at no charge because I told them how this place head swindled me out of my money I would never ever refer this place to anyone! Javier is not trust worthy nor should you trust anybody who works at this establishment. They placed aftermarket stolen property on my car that did not work and they I will be contacting an attorney to sue these individuals please do not go to this place is awful terrible service terrible workmanship and terrible terrible people thank you."
