"STOP and DON’T to this place. The worse experience I ever had. My daughter was there to extract her tooth, As soon the woman inject the medicine in her jaw, she started pulling out the tooth instead of waiting for at least 5 min till the medicine work, and my daughter was crying the whole time. Actually, when I came home, I noticed that There was still some part of the tooth left that was not fully extracted. The reason I don’t call her doctor because she is embarrassed the doctor name. The stuff is horrible, I asked for hard copy of prescription but they didn’t provide me one. Please choose another Facility for your family care…"

"Very disappointed in this Dental Facility .Had an appointment to have a tooth extracted at 3:45 .When I get there they tell me they are booked and cannot take me when I HAD an appointment . She said I was a new client and other customers came first . NO COURTESY CALL TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS CANCELLED !!! I took time off my work and 45 min to get there .This company did not care !! I called there customer service told them what happened and ALL I GOT WAS WAS CRICKETS !!!NO SORRY NO NOTHING I HUNG UP I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! DO YOUSELF A FAVOR AND READ THE REVIEWS!!! And they are getting a 1 star because i cannot put a zero to post this review !!! If they don't care about my wellbeing and health this is not the place to go !!! ROYAL DENTAL YOU ARE A DISSAPOINTMENT !!!"

"All the staffs are very RUDE in front office NOT professional dirty place and smell bad keeps holding the patients and reschedule and cancel appointments too Many times but never noticed to the patients keep coming back and forth too many times and long waiting 3-4 hours falling sleep and we got so Mad ! my daughter had two wisdoms Infection in pain so much. but the specialist surgeon came take a look but he didn’t know what to do and he can’t solving the problem it was really mad and frustrated holding the her case too long."

"Double charged us for an extraction and fraudulently charged us for a service that wasn't performed. They also refused to reimburse us. Check your bill and have it explained before you pay. This location is shady at best."
