"Lance pro shop is sorry as hell!! My mom is 80 years old and still blessed to drive , she stopped in Lances Pro shop on Main Street in Tomball and asked for them to check the air in her tires twice . They refused to put air in her tire and even told her she had enough air in them already. You have NO CONCERN AND NO COMMON COURTESY. She’s an older lady and just asked for help. I hope your business suffers because your customer service sucks"

"Lances pro plus did an awesome job on diagnosing my check engine light issue in a very quick time frame getting me ready for my annual OBD state required state inspection so I can get my registration renewed. Brittany at the front desk did an amazing job at keeping me informed the entire process of what was going on with my truck. 5 star service and 5 star customer service."

"Lance's has maintained all of our cars for years. They are easy to schedule with and their pricing is great. And all the time that we have used him, I never felt like they were taking advantage of us or trying to upsell anything for our cars. We can do more than just maintain the engine that can also work on your door knobs for your car if there's problems there or your windows so if you have a car to fix take it to Lance."
