"Too much of a wait for less than 5 minutes work. The doctor didn't even try much, no examine no checking no introduction just start brushing her teeth, when my daughter didn't open her mouth to get brushed and she just left it as is. I understand she's two years old but that's a horrible job go to the dentist appointment, wait for 30 minutes for 5 minutes work. When you're late or didn't cancel on time you get charged. Now I came 10 minutes early, wait for 30 minutes outside, go inside continue to wait. I'm sorry but this is the last time for us."

"So i had an appointment at 1:30 PM Saturday. I checked in at 1:31 PM at the front desk. After sitting in the office for 30 minutes, i was told, NOT requested/asked that we will have to cancel your appointment as we are over booked. Now I don’t mind appointment cancellation, JUST let me know beforehand, not after sitting in the office for 30 mins!! So ya’ll have a policy right? If we as patient don’t cancel before 24 hrs, there would a $50 charge, in this instance would it be the other way around lol. Update: I was called by Just Dental to see how the experience would be completely positive this time and reconsider by giving them a chance. They were right! Awesome experience. Kamy and Dr. Lee were awesome. Front desk was completely different and very efficient with everything!"

"My daughter and wife referred me to Just Dental in Richmond. The office was very clean, the front desk and the staff were very friendly. The paper work, the x-ray, the cleaning processes went very smoothly. The dental hygienist and the doctor also took the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. The doctor also answered all my questions and gave me some valuable advice of how to keep my teeth healthier. I’d recommend this place to my friends and others."

"Horrible experience, after filing our paperwork stating that was pregnant a few people tried to take X-rays. I had to verbally tell a few staff members I couldn’t have X-rays because I was pregnant. No one introduced themselves including the dr. At that first appointment I knew I would never return, they asked to make my next appointment I said no. I recently received a text about an upcoming appointment, also if I didn’t cancel within the time allowed I would be charged a no show fee. Well I shouldn’t have to cancel an appointment I never made. Once I called to cancel the unwanted appointment the lady who answered wanted to cancel my appointment my date and time instead of by name. What if I gave her the wrong date and time? This whole office is horrible."
