"I reached out to Don Jacobs about test driving (and hopefully purchasing!) a Toyota RAV4 available on their lot. Logan reached out quickly to schedule an appointment later that day at 5:00 PM. He stated that he would have the car ready for me to test drive upon arrival. My husband and I do not live in Lexington and made an extra effort to make arrangements that would ensure we would be ready for the Don Jacobs team at this time. Upon arrival at 4:30 PM (30 minutes before our appointment), we were extremely disappointed to learn that the car had already been sold before we even made it to the dealership. We actually watched it drive out of the parking lot. There was zero communication that the car would no longer be available -- merely hours after we had made the appointment to see it. We had very high hopes for coming home with a great vehicle, so it was extremely disheartening to see we did not receive the seamless, professional experience we had heard about from others."
