"Hello, I've went to this place for a year in a half and got a crown done with a root canal, removal of wisdom teeth and cleanings. Preethi Kuknooru, DDS was my dentist through out this whole ordeal. (No longer present at this location) The Root canal was an emergency situation but after it was all said and done, I was still getting sensitivity in that area of my mouth and the crown turned out to be too small to make contact with my other teeth. I brought it up to them, but it was brushed off. With one hygienist pausing silently and just moving on like I didn't say anything. Also I attempted to fix my bite here many times, but they did not get the job done. It was said that they would give me crowns first and then fix my bite afterwards... I sustained Jaw pain, bacteria build up that later became periodontal pockets. I feel this could of been caught earlier. The upcharge for there services are ridicules. Quoting me $1000 for a crown when my insurance said I only had to pay $300... That $1000 price tag was actually the lowered price. It was $1300 before I complained about it. Last year in October I was scheduled for a cleaning and was turned away when I got there. They said my insurance topped out. Granted my Insurance allows me 2 cleaning no charge to me annually... Those periodontal pockets could have been caught then and I would not have had to suffer that much bone loss. This establishment isn't interested in creating a game plan and solving your dental issues. They take advantage of the area they are located and upcharge they're guest with minimal effort. My last appointment there had a different Doctor that did fix my bite for a bit more relieve but still far from perfect, but I had to heavily complain to get that far. Why didn't I go to another dentist you might ask? Because I was hoping they would fix my crown if I kept on about it. Because I would of had to pay someone else to fix it otherwise."
"When I went for dental check up. they checked my insurance and said no copay from me. But when I check my insurance they claimed I vow $300 simply by adding same code 4 time and said this is for quadrant basis. But the claim code clearly mentioned, its for comprehensive scan for all teeth. when I called united health care they connected me to provider for explanation . But the rep was so rude from starting and started speaking in harsh language. very unprofessional and uncalled for Just to give explanation of the claim. NEVER going with this dental facility again."
"I called that office 4 times trying to make an appointment with a periodontist. I gave all the personal, insurance, and referral info and was promised to call back when verified. Nobody called back and when I called again, I was told there’s no info in the system. When asked to talk to a supervisor, a person who said she was an office manager, hung up. Instead of apologizing and resolving the issue. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t trust them at all."
"STAY AWAY! Wanted to go in for a dental cleaning but was asked for X-rays first along with an examination. They seem rather pushy in "recommending" services that would push the bill higher. For example, I was being sold into getting ~$400 for minor fillings. Furthermore, I wasn't charged on the day of the appointment, but now I have an insurance bill pending for $75. I've had multiple dental cleanings in the past, but never have paid a dime for it (thanks to my great insurance provider/coverage). Based on older reviews, it seems like I'm not alone. Please avoid this practice and save time and cost."
