The dentist provided excellent care for our teeth and addressed all our concerns. I highly recommend this dental place to anyone in search of a reliable service. This is the place to go!"

"If i could give negative stars i would!!! stay away This place is awful and no one knows how to do their job much less take responsibility for their poor work skills. I spoke to Edith about a huge mess up on their end and all she could so is say umm well it was not us. Yet they booked an appointment for my daughter she arrives to be seen they will not see her for an unpaid balance. Yet we have never been made aware of any balance. We weren't made aware of it when booking the appointment no one told us even the day before because no one even bothered to confirm the appointment. Turns out the office never submitted the claim to begin with that is way over a year old! Work and school were missed for this appointment and no one even bothered to apologize and take responsibility. When Cigna spoke to Mary she simply said they would submit it. Then I was told I can reschedule my appointment after the claim is processed! Are you kidding me after the awful service and people unable to do their jobs properly really have me eager to reschedule HA! yeah right!"

"I enjoy coming to Splendid Dental because of the providers. I even decided to stick with Splendid when I moved from Houston to Spring. However, I feel like every time I make an appointment, there is something wrong with my insurance. I called in November to reschedule an appointment and provide my correct insurance information. I also had to correct my name again since I changed my last name, and apparently that wasn't updated when I informed them in person in the summer. Then, I was called a couple of days before my appointment in January and told they couldn't verify my insurance. We compared what they had saved versus my information, and they had an insurance company on my account that I have never had, along with the wrong group number. This isn't the first time that incorrect information has been saved on my account. I appreciate the dental service Splendid provides, but every time something like this happens, I consider switching to a new provider."
