I've only ever seen it staffed by a single person, so if it's busy it might take a bit of a wait, but the inside waiting area is cool and comfortable. And of all my visits, I've only had one wait that was longer than 15 minutes. Most of the time you can just pull up and they get started right away. Friendly/courteous service, easy and no hassle."
