"The 2 stars I gave were for the sweet and courteous receptionist. I had an appointment for 10:30, to make a long story short, I wasn’t called back to a room until 12:20 and was still sitting there until I decided to leave at 12:45. To make matters worse, some guy walked in the room and started questioning me about why I was there. I asked him who he was, because EVERY OTHER DENTIST, DOCTOR OR ASSISTANT I’ve encountered, would ALWAYS introduce themselves to the patient upon entering the room. When I asked him who he was, he just said his name was Henry, then nervously said, “ I’m just the assistant”. I just got a weird vibe about this place, so I left. I understand dentists and doctors can be a lil bit behind sometimes, but I honestly believe I would’ve been still sitting there until 1:30, which would’ve been 3 HOURS after my scheduled appointment. UNACCEPTABLE!"

Our daughter just had to have two teeth taken out and they were so sweet, encouraging, and informative. We just love this place!"
