"I give these dentists "5-Stars", because they do a good job at cleaning my teeth, x-raying, speed (less than hour), and allowing me to modify my contract to be "Charge Insurance Company Only". That is important for anybody who is new. I am not a lawyer, yet I prefer my dental contracts to "scope" only to charge the dental insurance company. Ask for the printed version to modify to "Charge Insurance Company Only" by hand. Yes, your own hand to modify the contract, so read it. They accepted my modified "Charge Insurance Company Only" and got myself a copy for my records. Not every dentist allows you to do that and other dentists can equally long multiple charge, which is why I still give them 5-Stars for such legal flexibility. Some say that "Life is what you negotiate" and to some level, they are right. Some things are non-negotiables like "Dentist Competent and Team Professionalism". Good Dentists is why we are therefore. They could clean up the place, make sure all equipment works (some rooms were not fully prepared), bathrooms could use a "All Users must clean hands" signs, and get those fun X-boxes working for the patients. Maybe get a better waiting room for the families. I still recomend the place if you want a dental cleaning."

"I’ve been scheduled at 2 locations and the 2 times I’ve made an appointment with call center they have said they accept UHC HMO and both times I’ve been told they don’t accept my insurance upon arrival. They need to provide an updated insurance list they are in-network with. Very unprofessional, loosing work time to get on time and respect the appointment times because I myself work in the medical field so I understand the importance of coming in early for paperwork so I would of expect for you guys to respect my time."

"I had a 2:00 appointment Didn’t see a doctor until 3:40 Requested my dental x- rays be emailed - front staff pretended the computers were frozen and put gave me hard copies. After waiting hour and forty minutes to see the dentist - gave me a quote and said I needed to come back for a tooth extraction. Also said the dental hygienist only comes in on Thursday When it was obvious I was not going to scedule anything at that location or any other Brident location since this is the second disappointing experience. They appear to only want to bill insurance if you have any and sale procedures. I’m done with Brident and I want my x- rays emailed that they are charging my insurance when they could have used the recent X-rays from the other horrible location."
