"I have very limited time due to work. They are open Saturdays which is one of the reasons I picked them. They canceled my first appointment and then rescheduled me for the same time a week later. I went in and filled out paperwork 15 minutes early before appointment time. Then they couldn’t tell me what my co pay was gonna be for a cleaning. And because I asked that they also said they were closing in 30 minutes so all we were gonna do was X-rays. Keep in mind I went in for a cleaning and my appointment time was 1:30. And they kept talking about needing the X-rays to put together a treatment plan and then we could schedule for a cleaning and what my treatment plan was gonna be. At this point they haven’t even looked in my mouth, I’m still at the desk. What treatment plan? I want a cleaning and they aren’t gonna be able to even do that today. Not only did they waste my time, seems like they wanna just run up insurance for as much as they can. I took all the paperwork I signed and left."
