"I strongly advise against using this orthodontist office. Scheduling appointments here is a hassle due to their limited availability. My encounter with the office manager, Grizelda, left much to be desired. She exhibited rudeness and arrogance, going as far as trying to embarrass me in front of others by falsely accusing me of owing money despite having paid in full. On one occasion, I arrived for an appointment only to find the office closed with no prior notification. It's clear their customer service and professionalism are severely lacking."
