"The guys at Classic went above and beyond. Shortly after I bought my low mileage, well documented suv (from a completely different dealership) the motor had a major mechanical failure. Stuff happens, and I guess I pulled the short straw. After trying to troubleshoot and repair it myself (unsuccessfully), I decided to leave it with a dealership due to my lack of knowledge on the platform. The guys quickly got a diagnosis: a collapsed lifter and damaged camshaft. About the worst case scenario. Where things went from here is why they get 5 stars and is what separates them from the bunch. Instead of saying "good luck pal, here's your repair bill" Ross, the service manager, appealed to GM for me to get "good will" assistance from them to the tune of about 40% off the original bill. More than that, he ensured the job was done very thoroughly; making sure that every part that was touched on the way in to the motor tear down was replaced or rebuilt. Even if the service manual didn't claim it necessary, it got done, without passing that bill to me. And even better, now I have a warranty on the repair... a luxury I wouldn't have had if I had repaired things myself."

He listens to your concerns and anticipates things in your best interest. I recommend anyone to him. The entire staff handles themselves in the same manner which is why I always rely on their service even if Gordon isn't there. This is a very clean, neat, and pleasant atmosphere - always. You can tell they are managed well by the way they communicate with each other and the guests. It's nice to see that they are always promoting community events and charities such as their Toy Drive. The waiting area is cozy with beverages, popcorn, and coffee ready. I notice it get's busy there sometimes but it never shows on anyone's faces or their demeanor.
