"Took advantage of both me and my insurance. Had to schedule three appointments just for one cleaning. Insurance wasn’t happy wound up paying two hundred out of pocket for what should of been covered. Also gave me a filling in a tooth with no cavity’s. Beware of this place. They will take advantage of you!"

"I had a appointment on Tuesday. The day before the appointment Unique called to make sure I would be able to make it. Of course I said I would be there.Within 3 to 4 hours I hurt my ankle and was on crutches and had a boot. I called the next day to reschedule my appointment and the man says well we are going send in the mail a 25 no show charge. Why I called and told you all? Because you did not cancel within 24 hours. I did not know within 24 Hours otherwise I would have. This is unacceptable and companies should not be allowed to do this. It is a disservice to the customer. An I am not OK and I will not sit back and watch company's continue to do this. Plus every-time I call the guy receptionist is always rude!"

"Dr. Hines did an amazing job at helping me overcome my anxiety and fears after not seeing a dentist for four years due to a traumatic experience when I was younger. He is a great dentist and he did and excellent job with all of the dental work in needed. I would definitely recommend him."

"I have been bringing my son here since he was 1 years old and now I bring my husband, and my 9 month old too. Dr. Hines is the best dentist I have been to and would recommend anyone to come here. He is very patient and great with children and adults. He sits down and takes his time to fully explain everything to his patients and is great at calming down children when they are scared of their first dentist check up! He did 9 fillings and a root canal and crown for my husband and he has had no problems. He also did multiple fillings for me as well and I have had no issues."

"My dentist was Dr. Hines at this office. The gist of my review: -Friendly office managers: A nice lady -Dr. Hines is just great. He explains everything and tells you every details about your teeth. He's great. He's very patient, very helpful and very nice. He's just the dentist I was looking for. His assistant (I guess Jose) I heard is a dentist himself and a helpful person. So overall, it was a good experience. The wait time was a little bit long for me so I'll give it a 4."
