"Ordered in mid-June. Lead time in checkout process was incorrect, as I received an email that the order was delayed. Fine, not a big deal, they said it would ship in the next week or two. They missed that deadline and sent another general email with the same language as the last one, and also then missed that ship date. I’ve followed up three times with no response at all as to when I can expect the product, they just ignore the emails. I’ve asked them to cancel the order and refund."
