"I’ve been a patient for years and had a great experience with my former dentist and my hygienist. However, the last time I went for a cleaning I was told that (surprise) your dentist is no longer here, Dr. King is now your dentist. Okay. So she was giving me a consultation about a mouth guard for teeth grinding at night and when I asked her to please explain the benefit, she said “well it won’t make your teeth grow back.” As someone who has had extensive dental work done over the years, I really didn’t appreciate this random new dentist rubbing my face in it. So no, despite the excellent hygienist, I will not be a patient anymore."
