"I’ve had deep cleanings before but never this thorough!!! The irrigation and laser treatment was a game changer for me. Of course Dr. Yu always make me feel so comfortable. The hygienist was great at explaining my dental needs. I love the modern facility, I was able to get a same day crown. Overall best dental office I’ve been to. Highly recommend!"

"There are better dental offices in The Woodlands. Became a patient here 2 years ago and almost immediately they encouraged me to purchase a mouth guard, get cleanings every 3 months, have my wisdom teeth extracted, etc. Long story short, I did everything they recommended and had an awful experience with my wisdom teeth removal. I've had to see several ENTs due to the sinus complications resulting from the surgery and my sinuses are still not the same over 6 months later. I did bring this up, but was told I was healing just fine. Now I know that the entire procedure was unnecessary. Now that I am with another dentistry, they actually give me specific mouth care tips to try (rinses, brushes, xylitol mints, etc), are much more personable overall, and most importantly it doesn't feel like they are just trying to milk my insurance!"

"Yesterday, I came to this office for the first time as a brand new patient. I recently moved here from San Diego and needed to find a new dentist. I have had a lot of dental work in the past, but I have to say hands down from the receptionist who let me in the door, to the x-ray tech, and hygienist, I have never been more impressed with just the level of care that was provided. My new Dr is Dr Yu and her care and bedside manner was exceptional. I also had a very good experience with Eric, who was not only the person that I first met at reception but also handled the finances. He was extremely personable. The clinic for me gave new meaning to patient care. I was impressed and i have to say I have found where I will be continuing my dental care in The Woodlands. "Fast care. However, treatment plan they gave me was $8000. Yes. Sticker shock. No, I did not do any of that “necessary” work. So I was afraid to go to any dentist for 2 years after. I saved up and went to another dentist and 5 cavities filled $200 with insurance but even without it would have cost $1500. So, if you need care fast and have deep pockets go here. Otherwise keep looking."

"Do not go here! They claimed a deep cleaning would be covered by our insurance then sent a bill to collections without the courtesy of a single phone call and hit our credit score. Then they basically said “sorry your insurance won’t cover it here’s what you owe us”. On top of that we got a second opinion and the new dentist said these people did such a bad job they are going to have to redo the work. Too many dentist in the woodlands and surrounding areas to deal with this lack of professionalism. Stay away."
