Jose is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and he was able to quickly educate me on the variety of services he provides for protecting and enhancing a car's paint. For the actual services provided, I went with the "refresh detail" and was not disappointed. Besides having great reviews, Jose Larralde’s shop is very clean, professional and futuristic. It has the latest and best equipment, and Jose has the skills and expertise that puts customers at ease. I went in to get my new Mustang ceramic coated and the result was incredible! My car looked like it could be on the cover of Car and Driver magazine! It was perfect and beautiful. I had it done a week ago yesterday and it still looks just as awesome as when Jose finished it. I was waiting for my sandwich at Subway and watched as random smiling strangers would come up to take pictures of my car. "Can't say enough how pleased I am that I went with iWax and Jose to apply ceramic coating to my vehicle. I randomly called one day to see if I could come by, and he spent over an hour answering my questions and explaining in detail a lot of his process and really made me comfortable with his knowledge. I decided to go with CQuartz premium package, and I am not disappointed! My vehicle's finish is mirror like and protected like I've never experienced. Water beads up uniformly across all panels. It's just gorgeous. Jose follows through after his work is complete and still answers questions I have regarding best practices for care and recommendations on equipment/product I should use (pressure washer, water filtration, foam soaps, etc.) Again, I cannot recommend him strongly enough. You will get an experience that feels personal and genuine from a master craftsman."

"Jose and his team exceeded my expectations. I have been preparing to trade in my vehicle and my 2013 Nissan Rouge was in pretty bad shape. Jose was able to turn my vehicle around and took the time to make it look it’s best. During our initial consultation, Jose was honest and upfront with me regarding the amount of work the vehicle needed and the estimated cost of labor. If your car is as bad as mine was, (see photos) then expect to leave your vehicle with him for a couple of days. Jose takes the time to ensure that your seats are dried properly, avoiding any residue or water stains. Jose is knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance/care and was willing to give me tips and suggestions on how to maintain the vehicle. I would recommend Jose to anyone and I’m so grateful for his work!"
