"I want to publicly acknowledge Nenos Auto Care. I was driving with my 1 year-old daughter when the engine began overheating pill. I pulled into their shop and immediately I was helped. The technician made me feel comfortable and kept me from overreacting. He seemed to know what was happening and quickly diagnosed the water pump failure. He then called the local dealership, drove to pick up the parts and installed everything within a couple of hours while we waited. I could not have been more happy to pay money to repair my car because of the way I was served at this place. I cannot recommend it more."

"This is my 2nd time going here, the 1st was for a simple oil change. This time it's for the scheduled maintainance of the timing belt for my 2015 honda pilot, also did the water pump and all associated parts(included in the timing belt service) , replaced the drive belt and spark plugs, ATF drain and fill, and rear shocks replacement. service was quick - went in Friday, got the car back next day Sat., excellent work, the engine bay was clean, the owner showed me the old worn out parts and the parts he put in - all spec, genuine honda, the atf used was honda spec.
