"I have been a patient for about a year. At first, the service was great I got my wisdom teeth removed all was well. From there, I have received such poor care and service. I was told I needed a root canal and the day of they told me that I didn’t & I just needed a crown. All things went wrong from there. They did a filling next to my crown first because “it would be hard to fix the cavity once the crown was cemented on”. Ever since I’ve had pain since they “filled” in the cavity and place the crown on. I was going to this dental office ALL this time for them to tell me it’s because I need to give it time to settle in and the pain go away, then they also told me it’s was because I grind and go to the gym. Because I’ve gotten no resolutions to my pain I went and got a second opinion elsewhere. It took them TWO days for them to send me X-rays. I work in the medical field so I understand it gets busy but there was no communication between patient, front desk, doctor. My dental office called them and PAS dental was nothing but disrespectful and sounded like they were bothered for even calling. The second dentist office told me it was the worst work that they have seen. Filling was not done correctly, crown was shaved down and not placed properly- and on top of that I have a cavity where the gaps of my crown are. Don’t go here if you don’t like honesty."

"Everyone at this dentist office is wonderful and always treat me with so much care. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, and while it can interfere with dental procedures, they are always so kind and patient with me, continuing to check on my pain and comfortability. I first came here because I broke a tooth and they happened to be 3 minutes from my home and take my insurance. But I keep coming back because of their dedication to great, thoughtful and ethical practices.
