"I brought my son to the dental clinic following a distressing visit elsewhere. Overwhelmed with fear, tears streamed down his face at the mere thought of dental work. The staff was compassionate and was able to ease his anxiety, gently encouraging him to proceed with the X-rays and teeth cleaning. By the time he was done , he was happy smiling and said he was no longer afraid of the dentist. . This was relief after three long years, and I'm overjoyed that I found this clinic."

"Love this office! Receptionist are attentive, nice, and handle my insurance information quickly. We usually see the doctor within the first 5-10 minutes upon checking in, basically visits are less than 30 minutes. Would most def recommend 10/10"

"This place is horrible! I have been calling and leaving messages for 2 weeks because my daughter chipped her tooth. They never, not once answered the phone or called me back. Now her cracked tooth broke in half and I can't even get them on the phone. Horrible. We were patients there, we went for a braces consultation for my eldest and they were calling non-stop to verify insurance and get the plan started, but now I can't get them on the phone for emergency care. I'm so glad I did not start the braces with them. Not one red cent will be spent with 5 star dental."

"Extremely unprofessional, It was fine back when Mary worked there I still had some problems then, but Mary always made the experience better. Now everything has just gone downhill. They don't send reminders for appointments, but can remind you you're due for a cleaning. Front desk workers are rude and unprofessional I don't even see how they still have their jobs. Idk if they have new management or what but it's just a HOT MESS! I wouldn't recommend even if insurance covers it. They prolong your process for extra money I'm assuming, I've been done paying them and yet I'm still in braces and I really don't even need them. Once I make payments for my retainers, I can guarantee you I am done with this place. They shouldn't even be open truth be told!"
