"I was really looking forward to using this dentist. She was close, the office was clean and modern, and I got an appointment pretty quick. My husband had a normal cleaning, which he usually always gets a deep cleaning. When she examined me, she said I needed a deep cleaning (what?? I always get the regular cleaning) she never used a probe to measure my pockets. She also took some x-rays and said I needed fillings on both back of the teeth. She never showed me those x-rays. My bill was pretty high and asked that I come back and she do all of this at one time. Feeling very uncomfortable about this diagnosis, I got a second opinion with my Endodontist. He did a panorama x-ray checked both back teeth and said I had stains but they were not cavities. When I went back, I told her just to do a normal cleaning which she Refused to do. She did perform what she called a deep cleaning, but it was only about 15 minutes. Very unhappy with her and felt she was totally unprofessional. I was not asked to come back and I didn’t ask to reschedule my next appointment. Beware of pocket book gouging!"

"Terrific experience! Came in for the first time today for a general cleaning and exam. The receptionist was very personable and made the new patient process very easy. I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen by the dentist, and there were no attempts to try to spring expensive charges on me. I will definitely be coming back, and the rest of my family will start coming here, too!"

I came in for a check up, cleaning, and cavity filling, which they did an outstanding job completing. Very gentle and precise with the work. "My mother has diabetes and unfortunately her teeth are taking the toll as a consequence of it. We found out about this office through my mothers insurance… my mom and I were concerned about the extractions needed (most of her teeth were damaged) all personal especially Sylvia and doctors assistant…of course the doctor she was always professional and gentle with my mom extractions and today we went to get stitches out and I was so happy doctor was so careful and extremely gentle when pulling the stitches… I’ll recommend this dentist 100% She explained every step of the treatment with details before she went hands on. I want now to change my teenage son to this dentist She is the best I take so seriously a customer service experience and this was an awesome experience for my mother she was concerned of this process but she got the procedure, the medications and the best experience she could possibly have with this dentist. You can tell she is dedicated to her patients well-being."
