"Sam was amazing!! She was so kind and helpful and made sure I understood all the forms I was signing. Dr. Lo was also great, he walked me through my treatment plan and answered any questions I had. All of the staff here are great, very honest and friendly. Only dentist I’ll go to from now on."

"This place has just gone down hill for me in terms of appointments and communication. It all started a few months back when my wife got the typical email to confirm her appointment. They send it out like 2 weeks before? Anyways, the day off the appointment, I get a call while I'm in the shower, because they have my cell for her for some reason. I'll give it 30 minutes later I let my wife know they wanted to confirm via phone for some reason. By the time she calls they've already canceled her appointment. What made me mad, as I'm listening to the call on speaker, is they deliberately lie and say they've called several times to confirm. That's when I but in to call them out on their lie, because its my phone they call, and I had a total of 1 call from them in the past 6 months. When you work a full time job and have 2 kids with after school activities, its work to make appointments and you really (at least us) need those certain times. Luckily we were able to schedule for another day no issues, but that whole process just rubbed me the wrong way. Fast forward to my appointment Feb 1st, that I just confirmed on the 18th. They text me the next day that my doctor won't be in that day and I'd have to reschedule......My issue with this is that we make these appointments 6 months out. I get that these docs might not be there on the day we actually set, but how long did they know this doctor wasn't going to able to see anyone on that day. As soon as they knew, they should've been on the phone trying to reschedule instead of texting me the next day saying do it yourself. I'm absolutely done with this place and honestly wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values their time."

"Stay away from this dentistry office, they are scammers, trying to overcharge and pressure you into getting services not needed, even when your teeth are completely healthy per X-rays and dentist inspection.They were trying to charge over $573.00 plus tax for a teeth cleaning. This office needs to work on their selling skills, as the asian lady that pushes the unnecessary services totally contradicted the actual dentist observations after the dentist inspected the x-rays of my teeth and gums. I would give a 0 rating if it was possible as they wasted almost 2 hrs of my life. Needless to say they lost 3 customers as my son and husband were thinking about getting their dental work done at that location. Please stay away and avoid the aggravation."

"The welcoming greeting I got was wonderful Claudia was very sweet shes patient and I appreciated her very much so. The dentist assistants and surgeons made sure I understood my x rays and what they were going to be doing to my teeth step by step, almost all the staff made sure I was comfortable i'm sure if I met everyone they would be making sure the same, but Edgar I was very appreciate of him understanding to make sure I can afford my treatment that I needed. Ms Yu Chang was helping me get my health back to where it needs to be, her words of wisdom was for my benefit & for my best interest. She made sure I was in good hands after we had our discussion. I met Stephanie & I did mention to her I was scared but she made sure I was comfortable the whole way, she was quick & very caring. I'm very grateful for the team that works here & how they make us feel as customers"
