"After a softball game. Our team decided to grab a bite to eat. We showed up with a large group of 30. We were able to order quickly and food was out shortly after ordering. Great freindy service. Most places would be overwhelmed but this group of waiters had everything running smooth. Food was delicious!!! Thanks!!!"

"Although we've found this place to have decent food, it always amazes us that no one is there, no matter when or what time we go:( We did notice many people were coming in for pickup so we're assuming that's how they stay open. Unfortunately this visit, we were given old stale bread that we could tell was simply leftovers reheated:( We always look forward to their bread since it is normally fresh. We got Chicken Parmigiana, which was not as good as they normally are but the spaghetti served with it always tastes fresh and awesome! Also got a large pizza with multiple toppings and it was awesome! These make great leftovers to warm up and eat later, but def didn't take the bread:( Sweet tea was actually really good:) Service there is a bit bland with the omission of any smiles but we're now used to that since we know what we're gonna get when we go there, which is decent food close to the house of we didn't want to hit the better places on 75 or Toll Road or Legacy West or Legacy Hall as we weren't in the mood for crowds. Although no smiles or stale bread, that's atleast free, the food there is pretty good to very good most of the time so we still recommend hitting this place if you want to take a break from the busier areas:)"

"Got the Sicilian deep dish with extra cheese, double pepperoni, and jalepeno. It's pretty solid pizza and would get it again. The garlic rolls were meh, not very garlicky at all, just tasted like regular bread and was kind of dry.. Also got the fried calamari, not my choice to get, but I had some to try. Also very meh. Didn't try any of the pasta dishes so can't speak to those. Overall I'd come back for the pizza since it's close."

"Overall, my experience at Napoli’s Italian Restaurant was average. It’s a decent option if you’re in the mood for Italian cuisine, but don’t expect anything extraordinary. With some improvements in service efficiency and attention to detail, Napoli’s has the potential to elevate its dining experience to the next level."

"The place is nice and cozy. Friendly waitress. The food was good - nothing to rave about but definitely decent quality. Good portion size. You have to go there between Tuesday and Friday for lunch, to get maximum value for your money. Limited menu. The bread was soft and fresh. Overall, it's good. Planning to go again to try different items on the menu."
