"They were very rude. When I called their office to make a reservation for my daughter, the receptionist not american american blaimed my pronouncation. She didnt concentrate my speaking and she talked to somebody else at the same time. After that, she started blaming my pronouncation. If she didnt understand or concentrate our conversation, she can ask me again. She does't need to blaim my pronouncation. I should keep quiet about this racism talking? Her pronouncation was not right but I didn't complain about her pronouncation. How is this possible in America? How can she/dentist straight the point on this to me? The truth is they are no american american pronouncation in the office. I visited the office and the dentist was talking to me with yelling and he insisted I was yelling first. There are no american pronouncation and they were talking about the american pronouncation. Finally, he never listened to my story and rejected my daughter's treatment. He was very angry, why? He said he could understand my speaking then, what is wrong with me? Language is for understanding. The offce manager stared and kept interupting the conversation with weird sounds. They will not charge anything because he rejected the treatment for my daughter. Everyrhing was the worst and wastes. Just keep your word at least. This is raicism? They are not american american, what can I do for this? So funny, you should learn about the manner first before opening the business here."

"They said they take my insurance but then when I came in I had to pay more than everywhere else who’s in network but they’re not. Why didn’t you let me know when I called? They only wanted to take me in and out quickly without care and oral hygiene instructions."

"My first cleaning was ok. I got very basic treatment outside of the dentist being very presumptive without asking questions and assuming my dental history instead of asking. I decided to give this office a second chance with my 6 month follow-up cleaning. During my follow-up cleaning, the hygienist tore up my gums (my son's, too) and got the floss stuck under one of my crowns. She yanked hard on it with the floss until I motioned for her to let go. This caused the tip of my crown to lift. It never recessed and a few weeks later the corner she got the floss stuck on chipped off. I made a return appointment and explained the issue to the doctor. He was completely dismissive, wouldn't listen, and began arguing with me with his inflated ego when I was only explaining my story. He never took me seriously and charged me for the visit and x-rays he never reviewed with me. I literally felt like he was kicking me out of the chair with his responses and arguing. I ended up going to a different dentist on the other side of Cypress who is a million times better. I would not recommend this office to anyone."

"Amazing place. Great staff. Marie (hope I got the name right) did my cleaning and did a fantastic job. First time in years my teeth actually feel clean. They also fit me in for a filing the same day as my cleaning. Really great job. Thank you!"
