"I’m saddened to place one star because I truly believe it does not reflect the company, but it does reflect a worker and the worker is the office manager Annette ; unfortunately she is a representation of the company . I am a person of absolute grace, and I understand some people have different personalities and come off in ways, others may not be used to or understand . Although my first interaction with Annette was her being very rude towards my autistic children, who are nonverbal to the point where she was telling them to be quiet, as if she wanted me to leave the facility; outside of the initial interaction, her disposition is very poor at best. She is always aggressive, condescending and blatantly rude now in my experience to lead does not mean you have to be cruel. Also, my understanding being it is always in your best interest to be professional when you are representing another’s company and you should have integrity always. My second interaction of interest was today when I had an issue that was completely on my end but once again, the complete rudeness the condescending nature of her response turned into a disrespectful engagement then she turns around and apologize for it to end of the conversation. Annette called my son a girls name that is completely out of the spelling, so she did that on purpose. Annette has made my experience very difficult coming into the office every time I see her. The other ladies are always so pleasant and so kind and professional and always working on business but never rude never disrespectful never condescending so maybe it’s time for management to think about who they have representing their company, I truly hope the director of operations and owner see this. Lastly I’d like to add I’m not the only person who has been making these complaints against Annette and that drives away business for a company. Today I’ve come back almost a week later because the director never called me even though I was told she would reach out. This is outrageous and I will be transitioning my kids from this facility, because management is not holding their workers accountable for their actions. The management may not even forwarded my complaint since I was denied the right to make a grievance."

"Availability for appointments is horrendous Only available Thursdays and appointments are usually scheduled during the school hours. Waiting room always seems to be back logged so bring a book."

Rafael was gentle, no pain while cleaning my teeth (elated) and my dentist Tiffany is so quick, polite and professional which makes my day every time I go. She knows what's she's doing and I have complete trust in her!"
