Heritage dental really messed me up and had me panicking because they were so careless and I called mason dental and they were able to see me almost immediately and fixed every single issue I had completely pain free! The staff is so caring almost motherly! This is will now be my dentist for life! I can’t thank them enough for saving my mouth and my day!"

"Staff is kind but I would recommend a second opinion to anyone who goes here. I went and they said I need so much work done and it was going to cost a good bit of money. I then went to another dentist and turns out I didn’t need most of what they were saying. I also called to see if they would accept a certain dental issuance and they said yes and when I called to cancel my appointment they said something along the lines of even if I go to a new dentist they can’t give me a cleaning since my dentist at Mason Dental already said I needed a deep cleaning etc. well turns out I didn’t need a deep cleaning at all. So highly recommend getting a second opinion!"

"I made an appointment, but never got to make it to see the doctor. I found them on Google, made the appointment, never got an email, text or anything confirming time and address, so when it was time to go to the appointment I had to call to make sure I was going to the right location( few places with very similar names). (I did randomly find them on Google). Trying to verify that I had an appointment, I got hung up on, I called back but sent to voicemail, decided to call ONE more time just to be put on eternal hold. They only have one person working the whole front. I understand if you’re short staffed, speak to the patient on the phone(me) and ask them to hold.. don’t hang up AND NOT CALL BACK Also, when I asked if I needed any work done, would they do it today or would I have to make a separate appointment? I was told the doctor that does the procedures is only there on Tuesday? Not convenient if that’s the case. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I cancelled"
