"If I could've given them no stars I wouldve. My husband had crowns placed on his 2 front teeth on a Wednesday. The office scheduled him to come back in on that Friday to have his molding done for his night guard. When the person that did the molding was trying to take out the molding from his mouth, she yanked it out in a forward motion shifting the crowns forward. I reached out to the office, and they scheduled him to check out the issues my husband was complaining about. However, they did an Xray and said his teeth looked fine. They never said anything about the shifting of his teeth. Instead they said the teeth location were ok and he needs to get used to it. My husband's teeth don't look normal, and they look like two large buck teeth. This office was not concerned about my husband's concerns, only that they got their full payment. We will NEVER go back! Now we are left with finding a trustworthy dentist to correct this problem."

"Emergency dental visit. I incurred a bridge failure just prior to leaving town for the wedding. Called our dental carrier who issued a list of Dental offices on our plan. Dr Fey office was my third call. The office assistant understood my issue, arranged an appointment within two hours. Totally awesome personalized services by the complete staff. Although I was a first timer, they responded and treated me as if I had been a forever patient. Of course, a replacement was the recommendation, Dr Fey understood my untimely situation and performed an awesome repair. He fully discussed my future options and issued recommendations. Did I state what excellent chair side manners issued from the Doctor as well as the supporting staff, and yes that included the financial staff. Looking forward to my follow up visit."

"Doctor’s “chair-side” manner was very calming and informative. I am usually very anxious at the dentist office, but not this time. I wish I could remember his assistant’s name as she was just as wonderful. Full disclosure on insurance which equaled no surprises. Happy to have found a dentist I will actually return to see."
