"Absolutely the worst company I have ever seen in my life have the worst receptionist with the worst customer service. I had a loan with some bid, which is their recommended company that they work with. I pay for services March through October. During those times, I did not get service by the company. by the time I came back to get the services they told me all the money I spend them mean anything and I will have to start over. Understood but the lady said it so when I spoke to her. So I requested a refund which they told me would take 30 days in order for them just to give me. I asked them if they can call somebody to stop the reoccurring charges which somebody said they have to do in order for them to stop it and they gave me the runaround and sent me to someone named Margarita who every time I hang up the phone in my face and when I went up there, they claim she was going to take a while to get there after I sit and waited for 30 minutes and called off specifically for the day just to see her. Then as I sit there, the assistant manager told me their process and how they cannot call until the 30 days is up. but when I spoke to somebody they told me it only takes them about 24 to 48 hours to issue out a refund back and said it seems like they’re going through their process and not some process so I put in 4 complaints, and at this moment is becoming illegal issue for me to a point where I may just take them to court and just rip them off everything that they own. Because it’s not that hard to give someone a refund and put in a cancellation for something that you guys said that I could not get service for in the first place. I did read online about the fraud things that this company does and it really upsets me that I got the runaround and still my issue is not resolved"
