It was unbelievable and probably illegal. I will be taking my 2 family members with me someplace else. I guess you don't need our patronage. So much for 13 years of kindness and loyalty. "We have been going to advantage for several years now and Our son had his first cavity this year. It was our first time managing this kind of situation and Dr. Khan helped us through every step of the way. We had scheduled the procedure with another provider and regretted doing so, she wasn't very patient with my son and didn’t exactly set him up for success. My 5 year old son had asked for the TV but she started the procedure without turning it on also i felt like she was rushing him through it. He was hyperaware all the time due to the lack of distraction and the nerves got the best of him. In a lucky turn of events our tech Carolina was able to get Dr.Khan to perform the procedure and everything went incredibly smoothly she was patient, kind and incredibly sweet to our boy. This experience was above and beyond my expectations. Its incredibly important to me to have a provider we can trust and is able to explain the procedure to our son in terms he can understand because that helps him cooperate more. Im grateful to her for not only putting me at ease but also helping my son understand to be calmed in the procedure."
