"Didn’t fix the problem in my rear end he just serviced with new fluid and said everything looked fine. Said I just needed new tires that’s the noise I was hearing called him back told him still the same problem after getting new tires $1,100 later he replied, bring back in on Monday and doesn’t return your call or text messages so I took it to another shop.and it was rear, transfer case and wheel bearings :( I will lose his number and won’t use him for anything else thanks Jim for Nothing cost $261 For new fluids and a tow truck $120"

"Family Auto & Transmission is fair, honest, thoroughly knowledgeable and customer oriented! Jim not only owns and performs the repairs, he understands all makes and models of transmissions and is a rare expert in this field. He is able to inspect, diagnose and resolve any issues with transmissions! I have a 2003 Chevy Suburban that appeared to be slightly leaking fluid, potentially needed a tune up and I also had questions about the condition of the transmission, since it was a rebuilt that (unfortunately) a different company had installed. Jim was able to thoroughly inspect the transmission & torque converter and able to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
