"I entered the establishment to inquire about my damaged Mercedes spoiler. Initially, the front desk attendant insisted that the car needed to be physically present, and I promptly pointed outside, stating that it was parked there. Following that, she offered explanations regarding the manager's absence due to a lack of appointments. Inquiring about the manager's availability, she informed me that he would return in about an hour, but due to consecutive appointments, providing an estimate was not feasible. Additionally, she mentioned that other estimators were occupied and suggested exploring another shop down the street. It became evident that she couldn't assist with my fix. Consequently, I've decided to take my business elsewhere permanently. The message has been clearly communicated and well-received. (Nov 28, 2023)"

"Avoid this place. The front desk lady is offensive, unprepared and doesn't have a clue about quality service and dealing with the public. The job requires rework which means almost 2 weeks for a bumper repair. Rosio is kind and is the only person you can talk to in the workshop."

"Very good paint and body shop; however, there was an issue that they could not resolve. The silver trim piece on the bumper has a relatively largish gap where it attaches to the bumper. Most normal people wouldn't notice it though. Probably the best overall body shop I've used. Val is professional. Edit: 2.5 years later and I’m back for another repair. 3.5 stars this time around. The paint is average, but the assembly is a B-. Gaps are irregular due to after market fender. Also, it was washed with HARD water for some reason (see last 2 photos). I can’t get the spots off, so the polish machine has to come out in the 105* weather. Taylor is very polite and easy to deal with, but I can’t recommend them anymore."

"I hadn’t used this location before, but they made the whole process very easy and stress free for me! Took my car in, got a quote that same day and had my car in the shop the very next day. One day after getting my car in the shop they let me know when it would be ready (3 weeks later) and gave me daily updates on my vehicle! Pick up was on time and very easy as well! Would recommend this location 100 percent! Very friendly and great service!"
