"Google requires at least 1 star but they don’t even deserve that. Office staff member has an attitude regarding my insurance - it doesn’t cover crowns or root canals for 6 months which I never knew prior to paying $1245 in 1 payment for 2 root canals. 1 of the temporary crowns weren’t shaped correctly which caused pain and then I was made to feel like a burden when I went back today to have it fixed. I explained that the same tooth on my left side had a rounder/curved tip but was that looked at to see what I was referring to? NOPE. Instead Dr. Baker filed it down into a straight line then on the inside of the crown/tooth it was filed to my gum line."
