"The staff are really honest and helpful. They give you honest prices and I've never had a bad service person once (despite my old car's increasing maitenence costs) The waiting room has a fish tank and a TV with free wifi and a coffee station in the back. Also, they offer a free bus service within a pretty decent mile radius."

"If there is a ZERO STAR, that is what their service center dept deserves! We wasted 4 hrs of our day today for incorrect and misleading information that was given to us by random pre assigned service advisor assigned to us. He told us he will send request for loaner vehicle, I tried to ff up 2x he said still waiting approval. 3 hrs passed I went to look for him at his desk he is not on his desk. I approach one Of the Assistant manager at the back to ask for assistance to look into the case, he said TOYOTA does not provide loaner cars , they don’t have that. Instead, they offer car rental if appropriate and needed. We have trim issues on our TUNDRA 2024 that was just purchased Dec 21, 2023. Waiting for feedback from “GLOBAL TOYOTA office”. He said that the parts are on Backorder and no ETA for now. Service advisor wants us to comeback again to drop the truck so they can restart the documentation and request the part. No efficiency and proactive way of approach. Of course I declined that suggestion and ask for a better way of handling it. He said thats how it is! I then asked for MANAGER, he said manager on break. I insisted and need to speak to someone even if assistant manager. He then sent me Service Manager KENNETH who was seating behind his desk all through out. When I started to tell him what Service Advisor KAMRAN told me he could not save him bec what KAMRAN said was all INCORRECT. The part is not on Backorder because it’s not a part it is the interior trim, ceiling cover. He said no need to say Backorder bec it’s not. And he confirmed that there is NO LOANER VEHICLES. False info, misleading claim, inefficient system and poor customer service. For a very expensive brand new truck this sucks! Following to these comments, we went back to the dealership and asked our sales person if he could try to help us out with this problem. He did his best but… long story short nothing has been resolve and more problems pop up that wasn’t present before. This time it is worst. Totally disappointed and disgusted with this purchased. Total waste of time and put a lot of stress."
"Service is great. Stephen had me out in under the quoted time even when I added an inspection last minute on top of my scheduled maintenance/check. The best part is he/they didn't try to sell me anything or push any extra service on me. I got what I wanted and was in and out. That's rare these days."
"I am completely dissatisfied with this place "Toyota Fort Bend" and don't recommend it. invoice #: 1018454 customer #: 1803507 date of service: Oct/27/2023 1. I brought my car to change oil, filters, and do a tire rotation. When I took back a car, the air conditioner worked with noise and was loud. I asked to fix it, and they declined. So, I received a car with an issue with the air conditioner that I didn't have when I gave them my car. I don't know what they did to my car. The advisor became rude when I showed that they screwed up my car and even didn't apologize. 2. I particularly don’t like and don’t recommend Toyota's advisor “Collin Lutz”. He is unpleasant and unprofessional and wants to sell an extra service that you don’t need. Gross"
