"This place is the worst. They can't take blood, they don't communicate, condescending, and no respect. I have been trying to find out what has been going on with my health for over a month. The first visit after the clinic on 181 told me my blood pressure was 168/105, and later, 154/114, they couldn't do labs because I had been prescribed antibiotics for an ear infection. Okay, that's understandable. Next appointment they had a girl who stabbed each arm 4 times and twisting/turning needle in me only to not be able to get blood, then proceeded to be told by the front desk I probably just needed to drink more water ( I had been fasting since previous evening , appointment was at 3pm, that's all I did all day was chug water). I told them fine ill go get it drawn at the hospital."" At the hospital, they almost didn't accept the paperwork given for the labs because they paperwork wasn't filled out correctly. The hospital had no issue drawing blood, I was complimented on my veins. They said it only takes 3 days to have sent over to my doctor. The next appointment at the doctor (another day off of work after they called to confirm the appointment) they said they can't find my lab results. The appointment after that and my last (another day off work), I'm told again, in triage this time, they still can't find my labs. I have a panic attack because I'm so frustrated with this situation, and nobody attempts to assist me. Instead, they proceed to do the bare minimum at their job and place me in a room. Doctor finally comes in after I've attempted to stop my panic attack from progressing. She tells me oh we do have the lab results after all, I'm still trying breathing techniques to stay calm, but it is difficult. She doesn't offer any any assistance during this conversation. She proceeds to tell me my results and I'm trying to communicate through this attack I'm asking why I have a high blood cell count and why my blood pressure is all over the place, I just want to feel better. She tells me she doesn't know that I just need to lose weight. No bedside manner, minimal effort for the job, if that. As she walked out into the hall, he laughs with staff as she closes the door. My Co-pay is $25 for each appointment. The only good staff are the ones at the front desk. I don't recommend this place at all."
"Absolute disrepect of patients and care givers. They will blackball patients they do not like. This place gets FEDERAL FUNDS to treat the uninsured. Will be reporting you to the goverment"
"Don’t be later than 15 minutes on Wednesday or else the dentist won’t see you for a cleaning because of church or something. I showed up 3 minutes after the 15 minute deadline and would’ve had to wait till October 14 or so when it’s the end of august over a month to wait over three minutes."
"Hoffman really cares about his patients. I actually feel heard when I go into an appointment. A lot of times when you go to a dr with any medical experience they try to prove you wrong but its great to be taken seriously. Highly recommend asking for him personally. He's great and super knowledgable."
"The dentist is awesome, I am so glad I came here. The staff is super friendly and Candice is great! I am actually not scared of going to the dentist now! I've already recommended them to all my family!"
