"The dentist was great but their billing people was terrible. They over charged me 790.00 by double.They did not honor My insurance negotiated rates. I called several times to speak to them and they always said let me review with the billing person. A nd they never call me back. I even emailed them in Nov and got no response about the over charge. They are un professional. And if u post for me to call u to discuss. I have several times since late October. Just refund what you all over charged based off the negotiated rates."

"I had a horrendous experience in this clinic with a female rep handling their billing department. I had set up an appointment for my daughter for a toothache and was pleasantly happy they were able to get her the very next day. On the day of they stated on what’s “required” along with a few obvious up charged procedures such as gingivitis cleaning (since that is not what my insurance covers). So I ask for a full break down of their payment methods and was going to go with their (in-house option) by breaking the payment in 3 months with a down payment of 30% . Also would require 2 cards on file. I was ok with everything even as I voice my concern of having the 2 cards on file we were in motion to go forward; until she stated the numbers. They were not adding up. The number fluctuated with an explanation of “I don’t know how but the system equates it by answering questions”. Apparently their system can give you an “about 30%” calculation of $1400 with 3 questions of homeownership, gross and mortgage. I can not comprehend how $660 is 30% or “about” of $1390. So her definition of “about” is an 18% difference. When asked to clarify the discrepancy, she backpedaled on her word and puts blame on other than herself. At this point my trust was out the door and didn’t feel this was the right clinic for my family. I stated it to her that I just don’t think this was going to work out and would need to find a different clinic. She continues with entrapping statements by saying they’ve been working on my daughter already and she had sign stuff to get the procedure done. It’s evident this clinic’s tactics are more for financial gains rather than caring for patients. Be careful."

"I just left this office and I’m flabbergasted. They really do try to sell you services that you don’t particularly need. I am VERY meticulous and knowledgeable about my dental health. I visit the dentist 3 times per year. I came here for the first time because my insurance referred me and I planned on only having a simple cleaning done as I do every 4 months. My mouth was examined and a lady came out with a “treatment plan” detailing that I would need close to $2,000 in work for a different type of cleaning. I was in shock because over the last few years, no dentist ever told me I needed any such thing. Eventually I declined their suggestions and got the regular cleaning my insurance paid for; however, I felt the staff was disappointed about me declining their additional services and that they lost all enthusiasm, no longer wanted to deal with me. Not to mention that the place felt unprofessional. I walked in at 9 to a long line, nobody at the desk until one of the patients complained and demanded service. One girl took my X-rays, a second person checked my gums, a third person scaled my teeth, a fourth person polished my teeth, a fifth person showed me the treatment plan, and the doctor was the sixth person I dealt with. I could also hear when they would ask each other “can you do this patients polish? I’m busy with something else” just unorganized."

"One of these best dental offices I’ve ever gone to. The level of attention to detail on my deep cleaning was amazing. Doctor Jaswal’s team is by far one of the most professional groups I’ve dealt with in a long time. The team was efficient, from X-rays to exam then to cleaning. They identified my current issues, prepared a treatment plan and explained every step; we discussed costs and had my deep cleaning and treatment wrapped up inside an hour. I’ve never had laser treatment with a deep cleaning and certainly never been given a prescription grade mouth wash to take home afterwards. The hygienist Chaeyong Ban was a rockstar as well. "I gave them a 3rd chance but they proofed they are the Worst place ever, they never respect their appointments and you feel like you’re in Dealership place. My appointment was scheduled for 5pm, I was in the office at 4:50pm, and waited until 5:15pm to enter the treatment room. Then I waited for more than 55 mins while setting on the dental chair and none showed up to start my cleaning and scaling other than the front desk to discuss options and added fees which I rejected. Prices are costly and every time you go for checkup they keep taking X rays for your full mouth to drain your pocket. They will suggest and try to convince you with nonsense treatment to pay extra This place is unprofessional at all I cancelled my family appointment for semi annual treatment. They lost the opportunity and I am searching for new dentist now."
