"I have been using Poor Farms for decades because they offer excellent customer service! They know all kinds of tricks that will help in emergency situations. The most recent tow needed to be conducted timely because my vehicle had been tagged. AAA had sent 3 or 4 other companies who were not able to get the vehicle, which is why I requested Poor Farms. They came quickly and transported my vehicle and did NOT cause me any headaches. I appreciate that I was treated with dignity and not judgment though they towed my vehicle two times. They even refused the tip I offered and stated they were just doing their job. I wish more companies followed this motto! This company is and has been great for decades. Thank you Poor Farms."

"Tim was so helpful & kind on the phone. I had ran over a curb & the car was stuck sitting the frame on the concrete. The tire was not on the ground & I couldn't go forward or reverse. I called our roadside & she couldn't find anyone to come. They all had staff shortages. No one was working on a Sunday morning! I called Poor Farms myself because they had helped us with a flat tire before. Tim told me he could get to me but it might be 30 mins to an hour. He arrived in about 25 mins & got my car on the curb. Then helped me drive it off the curb. He was calming & kind! Bless his heart! He had worked all night the Saturday before! I give Tim & Poor Farms Towing 5 stars for speed, excellent customer service, kindness & great rate. Call them when you need a tow!"
