"Made a reservation for an oil change. Told I need a software update. Service rsp walked away did not tell me anything. After 8 mins of her in the office and me outside, I walk off. Come back 15 mins later and truck is stl running on my gas and has not moved. Told I need signature before anything is done. It is 2hrs later and still do not have my truck. No communication and no sense of urgency for the customer. Not sure if I will be coming back. Second star is for social distancing. Seems everybody is doing their part."
